Central Colorado Sampler - MWA Novice WW Trip

Hi all,

I am getting ready to send out an update to the committed trip members of the Central Colorado Sampler trip, aka MWA/KCKA/KWA Novice Colorado WW trip. I am also in the process of updating names to see who is actually committed at this point to help coordinate travel plans. The trip is overflowing so Chris & I have stopped taking on any new trip members.

I am sending this to you because I've seen a few posts regarding trip interest, but you never responded to my email request. I also do not have much in way of contact information so I've assumed that you were NOT interested at this point. If you would like to commit, please correct my incorrect assumption. If I do not hear back from you by this Friday, May 9, 2008, I will assume you were just posting or that you have changed your mind.

When I have a confirmed list of trip members, I will send out an update to everyone with a complete list of names, email addresses, cities, and contact information to help coordinate travel plans. So, if you confirm, please send me that information at

The Central Colorado Novice WW Sampler trip is alive and well and still full, as posted regularly on the Message Board. We've had several updates over the past few months, but the trip is FULL ON. Several MWA, KCKA, and KWA member are still coming, July 25-27. The trip is still full, as Chris K. knows from my last update just last week.

I leave for a self-support Selway River, ID from CO on Monday the 28th, so my instructor crew won't be around to paddle afterwards, except Chris.

The water is dropping now everywhere in CO and should drop fairly fast now. There should not be too much worry about super high water levels by late July. I hope this helps kill any rumors and helps those that are coming or staying after the Novice WW trip. Any specifics or if I can help in any way, just contact me at tjhittleATyahooDOTcom.
