May 29 to 31, 2008 at the Route 66 State Park, Meramec River, there will be the ACA sanctioned Canoe Poling National Championship Races for 2008. See http://daelarue.com/PolingRaces/RaceHome.html for more information and registration form. Turn registration forms in by May 1 for banquet reservations and discounts on race events. There will be canoe poling clinics prior to the race for interested people to work on their poling skills.
