Last meeting before the 41st MWC:

Presentation: A Slalom Racers Scrapbook

Joey Yeaple will discuss her racing career from 1989-1996, and again from 2000-2003, with an emphasis on how to keep it fun.
As well, Laura Egerdal will have a slideshow of her fall and winter of training towards her C-1 Olympic goal, including the Charlotte course.

A sustained signup will be available for volunteers toward Team River Runner pool instruction at the VA indoor pool at Jefferson Barracks.

Final course setup (stringing the gates) is the following Friday, March 14, usually followed by gate practice, race training or recreational paddling. Come help out and have fun!
